Born in London, raised in Stockholm, Amanda Cy brings us the duality of gritty indie and raw heartbreak songs that hit like a sucker punch. A true creative, Amanda is committed to the song, above all else, and weaves a lyrical depth in her signature style like only she knows how.

Launching with debut EP, “Ugh!”, lead single “My Name Next To Yours” quickly caught the eyes and ears of Spotify Fresh Finds, Vogue Scandinavia, Swedish radio and fans across Scandinavia. 

Amanda's sophomore EP,  “Waterworks", quickly gained traction, landing support from UK radio and a European tour, where she captivated audiences with her unique sound and magnetic stage presence, all culminating in her first sell out headline show in Stockholm. 

The sublimely nostalgic “LOVEGRUNGE” EP was released in April 2025, a collection demonstrating Amanda's evolving sonic world, with punk-tinged records like “Willing to Wait” and “Miss U”, contrasting against the gentler, immersive sonic of “Ride" and "Weightless".

Outside of music, Amanda is a keen mountain climber and her experiences in the Swedish wilderness often inspire her - whether it's being in the moment and being still with a breath-taking view, or analysing the intricacies of systems which exist in nature.
